Return and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 3 (Three) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and send in the return request to support@bricsbio.com.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 3 (Three) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. The only exception to the return policy is the defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are to be preserved.

What I can return

  • The received product is flawed or damaged item

(b) If you received an item that is different in relation to what you requested
(c) You get an item that appears to be entirely different from how it showed up on the item page
(d) If the item does not fit well (estimate issues)

 

What items can NOT be returned?
(a) Items that have been worn, washed or dirtied; used items and damages caused to its consumer properties, factory labels and are not ready for sale condition
(b) Products for which the seal has been broken, can’t be returned except if the there is a defect in the product.
(c) Used products and package opened for trial.

Conditions for Returning Items
(a) The items must be returned in the first condition they were gotten in alongside any bills, labels, marks and so on;
(b) Products must be in their unique structure and unsoiled;
(c) Brand bundling ought to be flawless;
